REFUNDS & RETURNS RETURNS
Snorblok AU accepts the return of faulty products for a period of 60 days after the date of shipping. If a product is deemed to be faulty by the customer, please advise Snorblok by emailing a description of the claim, and where possible an image of the faulty product. Please email to info@snorblok.au
Shipping costs on all returns are the responsibility of the customer.
A refund on any products returned that are not as a result of faulty materials or workmanship is at the discretion of Snorblok. It is the obligation on the buyer to decide prior to purchase if the product is suitable or not. The exception is the NitePro which carries a 30 day money back guarantee.
Should a refund be paid on other products, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Care must be taken when ordering Snorblok products as results are not typical with anti-snoring products, and non-faulty products cannot be returned for a refund.
REFUNDS
Some Snorblok products carry Money Back Guarantee offers. These are clearly marked for the applicable products, including the period that applies for the refund.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
All faulty products qualify for a full refund excluding any shipping costs that may have been incurred.

HOW TO RETURN FAULTY GOODS
Once you have received an email from Snorblok that your return has been accepted, please click on the link below and use the return procedure to action. The goods will be returned to Maxalite Ltd, the owners of Snorblok.
This will require you to log onto a link to Australia Post and fill in the necessary information. You will be provided with the appropriate shipping details and all that is left to do is to drop the goods at your nearest Post Shop.

SNORBLOK NITEPRO MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
The Snorblok NitePro qualifies for a no questions asked refund within 30 days of purchase.
If a multi-pack Snorblok NitePro mouthguard is purchased, a refund will only be given on one of the mouth guards. If the second mouthguard is returned in re-saleable condition a full refund will be given.
If both mouth guards of a NitePro twin pack have been opened, only the cost of the Snorblok single item will be refunded.
To apply for a refund, please contact us at info@snorblok.au. Your refund will be assessed and then processed within 5 working days. Please see above for returns details.
