RETURNS PROCEDURE


If you need to return your item to Snorblok, please contact us first at info@snorblok.au


If the product is faulty, we will request that you send us images of the damage to this email address and then you can discard the product.
If Snorblok advises you to return your items, please use the steps below.


STEP 1
Open your browser and go to https://return.auspost.com.au/new_zealand_post
Enter your Order ID and email address as shown below.

Enter your details as below.

 

STEP 3

Choose your return method

 

STEP 4

Select your return’s location and note this down. Your closest Post Shop will be shown along with some other options.

 

 STEP 5

Your return is now booked.

Follow the 3 steps below. Your local Post Shop will have Courier Satchels if required.

Simply click the download button at the bottom of this page to generate your barcode. This can be printed or saved to your phone and taken into your local Post Shop. They will do the rest.
